We are seeking an Aged care Quality Coordinator to support the Aged care team deliver high-quality care and compliance. This role is responsible for managing client feedback processes, driving quality improvement initiatives, conducting audits, and supporting adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

The role reports to the Head of Quality and Governance and actively promotes continuous improvement and client engagement while providing essential support to the General Manager of Aged Care and Aged care team. 

This role is a 2 year fixed term role which can be done on a full time or 0.8 FTE part time basis. 

 

About you

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Experience with quality management systems and data analysis tools and reports
  • Experience in client engagement strategies including facilitating and running group sessions with consumers to gather feedback and promote engagement and communication best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and quality reporting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
