As a Program Officer – Aged Care Services, you will support older people and their carers from diverse cultural backgrounds through intake, assessment, care planning and service coordination. Working across programs such as CHSP, HACC and Support for Carers, you will ensure clients receive timely, person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing and quality of life. This role requires strong documentation, stakeholder engagement and a solid understanding of aged care compliance and quality standards.
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you’re passionate about supporting older people to live with dignity and independence, and have experience in aged care program coordination or community services. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a sound understanding of aged care standards and compliance requirements. If you’re a compassionate communicator, confident in case management and reporting, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services, we encourage you to apply and join our team as an Aged Care Program Officer.
