To support the delivery of our ambitious strategic plan, we are creating a new executive leadership position and seeking an outstanding Director Growth, Partnerships and Community.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role will drive Spectrum's growth and diversification agenda through strategic partnerships, funding development, philanthropy, community engagement, innovation, service design and impact measurement.
This is an opportunity for a visionary leader to identify and secure new opportunities that strengthen community outcomes while ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organisation.
About the Role
The Director Growth, Partnerships and Community will:
- Lead Spectrum's growth, partnerships and revenue diversification strategy.
- Identify and secure new funding, partnership and investment opportunities.
- Build strong relationships across government, philanthropy, corporate and community sectors.
- Strengthen community engagement and ensure lived experience informs organisational planning and service development.
- Lead organisational capability in service design, outcomes measurement and impact evaluation.
- Drive innovation and future growth opportunities that enhance Spectrum's impact and sustainability.
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board on emerging trends, opportunities and risks.
You are an accomplished executive or senior leader with a strong track record of creating partnerships, securing growth opportunities and delivering meaningful community outcomes.
You will bring:
- Significant senior leadership experience in multicultural, settlement, community services, health, human services or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success securing grants, tenders, partnerships, philanthropic investment and diversified revenue streams.
- Experience leading strategic growth, business development or organisational transformation initiatives.
- Strong community engagement capability, including co-design and lived-experience approaches.
- Experience in service design, impact measurement, evaluation or organisational improvement.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills.
- A commitment to cultural diversity, inclusion and community-led practice.
