Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Deliver actionable insights to support cross-functional decision-making
• Be a business partner and collaborate with senior leadership to shape financial strategy
• Monitor business performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance and contribute to audit readiness

What You’ll Bring

• CPA or CA qualification (or currently pursuing)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management accounting or financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges

Our service areas include migration and settlement, family relationship and parenting, social and economic inclusion, aged care, disability, and family carers.
